I'm a very open minded guy who takes very good care of myself. I work out daily at the YMCA. My exercise routine is my biggest source of self care and stress relief. I Like to lift weights, go to Body Pump classes etc. Lately I have really taken to yoga. It's better than therapy. I'm at Moody everyday.
