Ok, here is Webster's dictionary definition of spank:

Spank,spanked, spanking, spanks: To slap on the buttocks with a flat object or with the open hand as punishment.

My thoughts on spanking - giving or receiving: are BOTH PARTIES must be willing to give and/or receive.
Me I'm not into drawing blood or causing severe injury. As I have stated in my original blog
(love to be spanked) if only 1 party is into spanking and she/he forces the other party to receive a
